Our team at DDMY Studio also worked with American artist Arto Lindsay to produce his work, Untitled, 2023.  

The installation art comprises of 20 speakers placed in two rings of circles. The inside circle has 8 speakers, and the outer circle has 12 speakers. Each speaker can play one sound at a time. We also controlled the direction of the sound, so when the music is played, in the inner circle, sound will move in the clockwise direction, and in the outer circle, sound will move in the counterclockwise direction. Audiences sitting in the center of the rings can experience this multidirectional movement of sound as part of the interactive experience.  

For this project, DDMY Studio composed, edited, and arranged music with three segments using the Ableton Live software. Our team then set up an aggregate device to combine two audio interfaces for the 20 outputs.
